When the amazing Barista Mister C asked me to take photos of his amazing cafe in Hoi An I was just thrilled: I have already spent hours in
Mia Cafe before as this is THE best coffee you can find around Hoi An. So spending some more time taking photos with him, who is so passionate about his product and loves to share his passion could only be a fun day!
By the way if you wonder what the big thing with coffee in it is, this is Syphon coffee, a Japanese way of making coffee. Must try!
As you can see we've had fun trying to recreate the map of Italy with coffee beans... Well I am
not so proud to say this is my creation!
Well if you are in Hoi An, definitely go and check out Mia Cafe, 20 Phan Boi Chau street (4 houses away from
